THE STORY

The design focus for this Kitchen, TV Room and Dining Rm. Renovation was to introduce new feature elements such a wood ceiling at the Kitchen and a new coffered ceiling at the Dining Area, open the TV room to the Kitchen and provide better direct access to the Screened Porch. This house is located on the water in a warm climate, which allowed us to take great advantage of the abundant natural light and ocean breezes which both enhance the daily indoor-outdoor living experience.

We revised the layout to improve circulation flow, introduced new cabinetry and specialty storage, new counter tops, new windows and doors, new appliances and finishes that all improved the efficiency and overall function of the combined spaces and added a greater quality of light .
