THE STORY

This project was an extensive Renovation/ Addition that is located in a neighborhood just North of downtown historic New Orleans. The focus of this project was to introduce a new gourmet Kitchen, a new media room, to convert the entire un-finished Second Floor into a new Master Bedroom Suite and to create flexible spaces for entertaining.

Given the warmer year-round climate, we introduced new outdoor living spaces – such new decks located at both the First and Second Floors. The new Kitchen was re-located adjacent to the new Pool terrace and outdoor entertaining area.
